The microbiota of feces obtained from both control and infected mice were characterized by targeting the V4 region of the 16S rRNA through the Illumina Miseq platform. The variations of the total intestinal microbial composition were determined based on alpha and beta diversity analyses of 16S rRNA sequencing.
